Whilst tweaking its algorithms, Facebook has exclusive rights of Dota 2 live streams thanks to their partnership with ESL One and are contemplating future streams in VR. In other social news, Twitter is expanding their moment by selling Sponsored Moments, a collection of tweets packaged around a specific them or event, while Amazon Go is ready for customers. Lastly, there is a silver lining of this wintry weather as new data reveals that the winter chill can boost consumers’ receptiveness to online advertising.
